Inspired by friends who we’re constantly making new music, but didn’t have a live setting to play it in, Moiety, a.k.a. Jesse Sappell, started The Melt alongside Roger Schami. The intention was to have a different type of music night designed to showcase up and coming un-recognized,talented artists in a more open minded type of club setting. Since the birth of The Melt, Jesse has taken an interest in his personal productions, and will be releasing a song on The Melt Compilation V. 1. He is also a resident DJ at the monthly event. 2013 finds him and Roger trying to further The Melt as a music night and record label.
